原料
鲜虾: 一斤, 料酒: 少许, 酱油: 少许, 糖: 小半勺, 葱: , 姜: , 蒜: , 耗油: 少许, 青椒: 两个, 豆瓣: 两勺
步骤
1先把须和虾枪剪掉,虾线去掉(牙签从虾背部中间插进去往外挑,一整根虾线就出来了),然后捡来背部(也可以不剪,剪开更入味)

2然后用料酒焉十来分钟,去腥

3准备好葱姜蒜,青椒备用

4锅中油烧热,放入葱白姜蒜青椒,炒香

5然后放入虾,翻炒两下

6然后加入耗油,酱油,豆瓣,糖。翻炒

7加入小半碗水,这样才会有一些汤汁
