五花肉或咸猪肉,隔餐总是乏人问津,丢掉又可惜, 其实把它用蒜头快炒个10分钟,马上就变成一道香喷喷的回锅肉,下饭又好吃呦!
原料
熟五花肉或咸猪肉半斤, 蒜仁10颗, 糖1/4小匙, 水1大匙, 美极鲜味露1小匙, 青蒜或青葱1根, 辣椒1根, 黑胡椒粒少许
步骤
1备料,青蒜及辣椒切成斜片,五花肉也切片备用

2锅中倒一点点油(因为待会五花肉会出油)以小火爆香蒜头至金黄色,香味溢出之后把蒜头先捞起备用,放入五花肉片炒香(停留在锅中一下下至煎到有些恰恰再翻炒)

3淋上美极鲜味露1小匙及1 大匙的水,再加少许的糖(约1/4小匙)及黑胡椒粒

4加回蒜头煮至蒜头微软入味
