面粉: 适量, 圆白菜: 一颗, 洋葱: 一个, 猪肉: 少量
步骤
1面粉用温水和好,擀成面饼,和面时面粉里加少许盐提味

2电饼档加少许油,涂抹均匀,面饼放入电饼档,烧3分钟左右,饼熟即可

3烧好的饼切成饼丝

4油锅热油,放入葱姜蒜爆香

5先放入洋葱炒一分钟

6再放入切好的大白菜,加盐,胡椒粉少许,酱油适量,翻炒,炒至七成熟,此时可按个人喜好加入炒好的鸡蛋或者猪肉

7给锅中的青菜加人少许清水,避免锅底焦糊,然后把切好的饼丝放到白菜上面,加锅盖小火焖,焖三到五分钟
