2放入开水锅稍煮片刻至熟; (煮到米一捏既碎,千万不要把米煮糊化,煮熟还要粒粒分明的程度)

3煮好立即沥水;

4垫上屉布,米铺上。上锅蒸10-15分钟后,晾凉;

5坚果放入保鲜袋压碎,混入少于红糖为内陷; (不加内陷可省略此步)

6带上一次性手套,把内陷包入。放在保鲜膜上晾一夜;

7上油1-2分钟锅炸至表面金黄,多余的量可储藏;

8晾凉后摆在碗内上锅蒸7-8分钟,摆放时在甜丸上均匀撒红糖。上汽3分钟后往碗里倒入少量水,使糖融化成糖浆均匀沾在每个甜丸上;

9蒸好倒扣在盘里即可。糖浆不够可以锅内加少量水放入红糖,熬成糖浆淋上。
