步骤
1肉片用油,盐,姜丝等腌渍一下备用;

2切蒜片,黑木耳提前泡发好并撕成小块备用;

3秋茄去蒂,斜刀洗净切成段;

4锅中烧开水,下油盐,然后下茄子焯熟,沥干水;

5重新热油锅,下肉片,蒜片和黑木耳一起爆炒出香味或者肉片至熟;

6倒入焯好的秋茄一起炒匀;

小技巧
我没有再加盐了,因为肉片已入味,秋茄也加盐焯过,感觉光是生抽都够味了,为了提鲜和不要太咸,加的白糖!
