5火腿丁放入电饭煲蒸格内

6在煮饭的同时把火腿肉蒸熟,取出

7烧开一锅水,入竹笋丁焯水(最好是先焯水再切丁,我那天有些糊涂了)

8小豌豆也入开水中焯一下取出(不焯水直接入油锅也可以)

9锅上火加热,入油,稍热后转锅

10依次入小豌豆、笋丁和火腿丁(包括蒸出来的汁水)

11煸炒均匀,入适量盐,再加一些水(图片上水太少只加了一点点,后来又加了一些。量应该在菜量的三分之二或和菜量齐的地方),加盖焖煮七八分钟(时间依小豌豆的嫩老程度来决定,我的小豌豆比较饱满,所以煮了有十分钟),加少量糖翻炒均匀即成(火腿很鲜,不需要放味精)
