6蛋白分三次加糖,打至湿性发泡

7取三分之一的蛋白糊入蛋黄糊内,快速切拌后

8再取三分之一入蛋黄糊内再次拌均

9最后把蛋黄糊倒回至蛋白糊内,充分切拌均

10从高处倒入铺好油纸的烤盘内,磕出汽泡,均匀撒上葱花和芝麻

11烤箱预热180度,中下层,20分钟,(我用上火全功率,下火半功率),待热气稍散后,均匀的抹上沙拉酱,撒上香肠碎

12把蛋糕边稍修斜,用擀面杖向后卷,蛋糕向前推卷成蛋糕卷后包好定形,放置一小时左右就可食用
