2红枣切粒备用 蛋清加入柠檬汁,用电动打蛋器打出泡,分三次加入白糖达成湿性发泡

7在模具底部散些红枣粒,将蛋白糊装入模具(8分满)

8烤箱底层放入烤盘加入水,用上下200度将水烧热,水热后将上火温度调至170,下火温度调至190度

9将蛋糕放入烤箱,水浴法烤20分钟即可
