小技巧
1.苹果丁切得越碎越好,易热易熟,可以使馅料的口感更好; 2.飞饼需保存在冷冻室中,用之前取出或放入冷藏室,稍软之后再操作,以免过硬断裂; 3.做底的飞饼扎出小孔,以免受热膨胀鼓包。
