维记鲜豆乳(含糖): 630g, 吉利丁粉: 10g, 布丁杯: 6个, 焦糖浆: , 砂糖: 60g, 热水: 40g

1准备食材.

2用这款豆乳是含糖就不需另外加糖.

3砂糖倒入奶锅中小火加热.

4煮的过程中要不是晃动锅子(不能搅拌)使糖均匀化开,煮到焦糖色加入热水(一次倒入小心炸锅)煮好糖浆热的时候会有点稀.但晾凉后会变浓稠些.这次用糖浆需要有一点流动性 不然不好浇在布丁上.

5豆乳加入吉利丁粉搅拌均匀煮开.

6稍稍放凉后倒入布丁杯中.

7用竹签挑破气泡.放入冰箱冷藏3小时.
