1豆腐,新鲜四角菱,里脊肉

2豆腐切小块,入加盐的冷水锅煮开并小火煮几分钟。煮好后过一下冷水沥干备用。(豆腐一定要焯水去除豆腥味,使口感更好。焯水时加盐,豆腐不易碎。煮的时候不要用大火,也可防止豆腐被煮破)

3里脊肉洗净沥干,剁成末

6菱角对半切开

7菱角倒入煮开的锅内,转小火炖至豆腐入味,菱角软烂。(我用的四角菱,有脆爽的口感,如要保持脆爽的口感,可以晚一些加入菱角)
