原料
木糖醇杏仁露 200克, 熟山药 150克, 淡奶油 100克, 木糖醇蛋糕片 两片, 弥猴桃, 小红李子, 木糖醇 20克, 鱼胶片 两片
步骤
1山药去皮切小块入锅蒸熟,取150克山药加200克杏仁露和10克木糖醇,用料理机搅拌成泥备用

2鱼胶片用冷水泡软,隔水加热或微波炉加热至融化备用

5将杏仁露山药泥与淡奶油混合均匀

6倒入融化的鱼胶片拌匀即成慕斯馅

7取六寸活底蛋糕模,先铺一片蛋糕片,倒入一半4的慕斯馅,再铺另一片修剪的稍小些的蛋糕片,倒入剩余慕斯馅,晃匀,入冰箱冷藏4小时左右至凝固,取出,脱模,装饰即可
