小技巧
1、牛腩切的时候比一般卤牛肉的时候要小块一点哈,方便入味熟 2、芹菜的话,如果不喜欢那个味道就算了。。。喜欢的话,建议放点 3、番茄讲究的话,去皮哈,我没去。。。哈哈 4、牛肉先用黄油煎下,再炖煮,很香哈
