7将180克糯米粉平均分成三分各60克,用普通水和两种汁分别和面团备用

8在菠菜面团上取下10克面团用微波炉打熟,与生面团揉匀

小技巧
香蕉馅的随包随时压成泥后加入少许白糖现包,不然果泥会氧化变黑。 水开后下汤圆后应马上用勺子在底锅轻轻沿一个方向搅动,使水动带动汤圆也转动防止汤圆沾锅底。
