原料
紅酒: 100g(也可用牛奶代替), 酵母: 3克, 鹽: 2g, 雞蛋: 1個(40g), 高筋麵粉: 250克, 糖: 40克, 黃油: 35克, 黑加侖: 適量(也可用堅果或葡萄乾)
步驟
1先液體後固體:

2用紅酒代替液體,依次加入糖、蛋及鹽;
