20將ukoeoE6050風爐烤箱設定溫度為190度、加熱時間為5分鐘,達到設定溫度後會有智能提示音,接著放入烤盤進行烘烤,加熱5分鐘後取出烤盤給月餅刷一層薄薄的蛋黃液,接著放入烤箱設定溫度為170度加熱15分鐘後取出。
