3撕開豆腐盒子上面的膜,然後拉扯四周使豆腐脫模,小心的取出豆腐,切成這樣。

4煸炒至肉片微焦

5把切好的豆腐輕輕倒進去

6不要翻動豆腐,接著倒料酒。不翻動一是為了煎起微焦的豆腐皮,二是豆腐太嫩容易碎,所以整個燒制的過程中都儘量不要翻動

7倒美味鮮,然後小心的翻動一下
