步驟
1香菇泡發,姜切片,蔥切段。醬油,麻油,料酒,蚝油,胡椒粉。鹽,湯各少許。芡粉一小勺。雞湯。(雞加水加薑片,蔥大火燒開後,小火燉兩小時即可。)海參切段,香菇切小塊。將海參在薑片和蔥段水中稍煮片刻,瀝干備用,油鍋見熱,將另外的薑片蔥段在油鍋中爆香
