1酵母先倒入水中溶解

5一起揉

6直到麵糰能拉出透明的薄膜,即為擴展階段

7揉好的麵糰放在容器里,發酵,30度室溫大約需要50分鐘左右

20把麵包置於38度室溫,85%的濕度環境中發酵,我用烤箱,加一盤開水。發酵40分鐘即可

21發酵到2-2.5倍大的麵糰取出,烤箱預熱185度,麵糰表面刷一層蛋液
