隔夜米飯: 一碗, 蛋黃: 4個, Member's Mark 凍半殼蝦夷貝: , Member's Mark冷凍大蝦仁: , 西蘭花: , 玉米筍: , 鹽: , 油:
步驟
1提前化凍扇貝取肉並清洗乾淨,我用的是山姆廚房Member's Mark的扇貝,個頭超級大。

2準備一碗剩飯以及雞蛋

3將蛋白與蛋黃分離,只取蛋黃部分

4蛋黃中加少許鹽,拌勻

5將加了鹽的蛋黃液和米飯充分拌勻,靜置一會兒,待米飯充分吸收蛋液

6等待的時候熱鍋倒少許油,將化凍的扇貝入鍋煎到兩面金黃後盛出

7鍋內再加油,依次倒入Member's Mark冷凍大蝦仁和蔬菜翻炒至斷生後盛出

8鍋內倒油,吸收了蛋液的米飯放入鍋中,大火快速翻炒,然後倒入先前炒好的食材一起翻炒
