小技巧
蝦泥這次我做的稍多,做完蝦多士後直接燒開水,調小火,將蝦泥用裱花袋擠成大小均勻的顆粒。蝦滑就好了,冷凍起來,做湯 做面時方面時放幾顆,增鮮不少呢!
