原料
低筋麵粉: 100克, 橙汁: 80毫升, 黃油: 40克, 葡萄乾: 30克, 泡打粉: 1小勺, 細砂糖: 50克, 鹽: 1/4小勺, 全蛋液: 25克(半個全蛋)
步驟
1將葡萄乾用水浸泡20分鐘左右,撈出瀝水,用廚房紙巾把多餘的水分吸掉

2麵粉和泡打粉混合均勻,過篩到容器里,加入砂糖和鹽混勻

3將黃油加熱溶化成液體

4稍涼和橙汁一塊加入到麵粉里,再加入全蛋液,用刮刀拌勻麵糊

5再將葡萄乾加入到麵糊里,拌勻成蛋糕糊

6將蛋糕糊裝入小蛋糕模至8-9分滿,再在蛋糕糊表面放個幾顆葡萄乾

7烤箱預熱180度,烤箱中層25分鐘左右,出爐,待蛋糕稍涼一會,扣出脫模即可
