原料
雞胸肉: 一塊, 蝦仁: 5~10個, 蒲瓜: 4分之一, 耗油: 一茶匙, 醬油: 一茶匙, 胡椒粉: 2茶匙, 澱粉: 一茶匙, 料酒: 2茶匙, 雞粉: 半茶匙
步驟
1剝蝦,或者直接買蝦仁也可以,然後把雞胸肉切用胡椒粉跟雞粉腌制一會兒

2我比較懶所以直接把雞胸肉打碎20秒,然後把蝦仁切碎

3把切碎的蝦仁跟雞胸肉放耗油澱粉醬油攪拌均勻

4鋪上保鮮膜把肉鋪平,如果有錫紙就最好了
