原料
綠色蔬菜(油菜 小白菜 菠菜 茼蒿 西藍花 西葫蘆等): 220g, 胡蘿蔔: 150g, 肉類(首選魚肉、雞胸,牛羊肉也可以): 150g, 蛋黃: 3個, 奶糕糧: 100g, 紫菜: 5g, 紫薯粉: 10g, 小米粉: 10g, 高粱粉: 10g, 玉米粉: 10g, 小麥胚芽: 10g, 雜糧粉(含糙米燕麥黑麥等): 10g
步驟
1雞胸肉切小塊,冷水下鍋,水煮開,撈起,倒水刷鍋,重新煮一鍋開水,再次煮15-30min,直至綿爛
