小技巧
1.蔥姜蒜粉的加入很提味,如果沒有可以用切碎的蔥姜蒜末替代; 2.澱粉的量根據土豆泥的稠度調節,慢慢加入、混合,直至易於成團即可; 3.捏好的土豆球沾一層生粉,以免相互粘連; 4.花椒和干辣椒炸香後就可以挑出,免得不小心吃到會麻嘴。
