原料
花生米: 300g, 精鹽: 2g, 油: 適量
步驟
1準備材料~

2將花生米放涼水盆中清洗一下(不是泡),撈出控干水份裝盤備用(此步驟可省略)~

3鍋內倒適量油放入花生米(涼鍋,涼油,涼花生米)油沒過花生米~

4轉中小火慢炸,用鏟子不停的翻炒推動,讓花生米受熱均勻,炸至一會時,就會聽見密集的噼里啪啦聲,陸陸續續還會有聲音,等到聲音幾乎沒有了就差不多了~

5可以嘗嘗還有沒有生味(小心燙),不要等到酥脆了關火,那樣熱油的餘溫會使花生米變糊,可以了馬上關火~

6也可看看炸至表皮發中紅色即可(按花生米下鍋時顏色判斷)~
