青豆: 100克, 胡蘿蔔: 100克, 甜玉米: 100克, 土豆: 200克, 洋蔥: 1個(400克), 麵粉: 100克, 奶油: 50克, 鹽: 3克
步驟
1將洋蔥切出一厘米寬的環,取出直徑8-10厘米的洋蔥環八個備用
