豆腐: 450g, 肉末: 150克, 香菇: 3朵, 生抽: 適量, 料酒: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 蔥: 適量, 白鬍椒粉: 適量
步驟
1材料豆腐,放一邊備用~

2豬肉剁碎,放入料酒、生抽、鹽、白鬍椒粉,攪拌均勻。

3三朵香菇,洗凈備用~

4剁成香菇碎。

5將香菇碎放入豬肉里拌勻~

6在盤子底部均勻滴撒上鹽,將豆腐切成小塊,均勻滴放在盤子裡~

7再將肉末碎撒在豆腐上~ 放入蒸箱,蒸肉模式,100℃蒸12分鐘~沒有蒸箱就用鍋一樣噠~
