原料
豆腐(滷水豆腐): 1塊, 肉末: 60g, 蔥: 適量, 澱粉: 2匙, 清水: 半碗, 精鹽: 1鹽勺, 雞精: 1鹽勺, 十三香: 0.5鹽勺, 料酒: 2滴, 耗油: 2滴, 生抽: 1匙, 老抽: 2滴, 糖: 適量
步驟
1將豆腐切成小片~

2擺入盤中~
