麵粉: 150G, 玫瑰醬: , 酵母粉: , 溫水: , 糖: , 油: 20G
步驟
1大碗盛100克麵粉,中碗盛40G麵粉,小碗是鋪了一層酵母粉的溫水

2將大碗裝的100G麵粉加一些糖,再加溫水搓成麵糰,放在溫暖處發酵一個多小時,膨脹至兩倍左右,這就是水皮了;用20G油加40G麵粉搓成油麵團(這個我忘了拍下來了),這就是油皮了

3在玫瑰醬中放入糖和10G麵粉,攪拌好

4將水皮麵糰攆成麵皮(大概1厘米厚),將油麵團也攆成麵皮(大概1厘米厚)

5將油麵皮放在水皮上,水皮多出部分,這樣疊過來,包好油皮

6再像疊被子一樣,將水皮包住油皮,使其油皮在中間,再攆成薄皮,再疊再攆,我反覆了四次左右

7最後攆完了,將皮捲起來

10包好後,封口,這個步驟我做得不太好,可能是麵皮有油,所以封口封得不好。封口向下,整好形

11平底鍋燒熱油,將其放下去,用小火慢慢煎,一面變黃,定型,再翻面
