黃桃: 1500g(3斤), 冰糖: 350g, 清水: 2000g, 精鹽: 5g
步驟
1黃桃洗凈去皮,保證桃子完好~

2桃子切半去核,在切小塊,放入1鹽勺精鹽,倒入適量清水泡一小會(桃子可切對半,也可切小塊)~

3倒掉鹽水,用清水洗凈,裝盆控干水份~
