2同時,準備各種要一起煮的蔬菜,娃娃菜洗凈切四瓣

5準備得差不多時,肥牛卷焯水出沫地也差不多了,撈出沖洗乾淨

6鍋里下點橄欖油,熱後下南瓜香腸,炒變色,然後把切成小塊的辣椒也一併加入翻炒

7炒差不多了,把娃娃菜青紅椒都加下去,加水,煮一會兒先

小技巧
肥牛卷下次最好加薑片和料酒焯水,以便去腥味;韓國辣醬其實非常不辣,所以想追求辣味的小夥伴可以辣椒多放些;如果想湯汁濃厚點,還可以加澱粉適當勾芡
