原料
圓茄子: 一個, 尖椒: 一個, 蔥: 適量, 蒜: 五瓣, 澱粉: 80克, 辣椒醬: 30克, 生抽: 三勺, 糖: 10克, 鹽: 10克, 醋: 一勺
步驟
1茄子切塊,尖椒去籽切不規則塊,蔥蒜切好備用

2茄子放鹽水沖一遍

3茄子塊撒上澱粉裹勻(ps:裹完剩下的澱粉留下,一會調汁用。)

4裹茄子剩下的澱粉倒入生抽,醋,糖,適量的水拌勻

5炸至金黃後撈出

6油鍋燒熱至八成,放入茄子

小技巧
1.茄子一定要回鍋,這樣最後完成後茄子還能保持外焦里嫩的口感 2.這個菜總體是辣口的,如果不是能吃辣的人可以把尖椒換成麻椒,辣椒醬換成黃豆醬。(但是換了之後這個菜的顏色就會比現在深了)
