步驟
1酵母用30度溫水化開;

2麵粉選用高筋粉,200克;

7麵糰發酵至1.5到2倍大;

8取出排氣滾圓,分成大小適當的劑子,擀成圓片狀;

9把炒好的茄子餡放在圓片中間,包起來收口朝下,再次擀圓;
