原料
手抓餅皮: 3張, 中號菠蘿: 1個, 白糖: 45g左右, 低粉: 8g, 玉米澱粉: 8g, 黃油: 15g, 全蛋液: 適量
步驟
1手抓餅皮冰箱拿出來解凍,菠蘿削好皮泡鹽水後撈出來

2用原汁機不帶頭把菠蘿壓碎

3白糖、低粉、澱粉加冷水攪拌均勻後備用

4黃油入鍋融化後,加入搖碎的菠蘿中火炒到差不多汁收干,加入步驟3炒勻後起鍋

5炒好的菠蘿餡

6手抓餅皮分成4份,用叉子在餅皮上壓孔,在其中兩塊餅皮中間放上菠蘿餡,在周圍刷一層蛋液

7另一邊的皮蓋上,用手壓一壓四周再用叉子壓邊,用刀在派上畫幾刀,刷上蛋液

8烤盤鋪油紙,放好派,烤箱中層170度,烤20分鐘左右
