原料
麵粉: 300g, 豬油: 150g, 油渣子: 適量, 小蔥: 適量, 麵粉: 100g, 豬油: 50g, 芝麻: 120g, 鹽: 5g, 雞精: 2g, 蜂蜜: 適量
步驟
1將麵粉豬油和水混合均勻做油皮,豬油跟麵粉混合做油酥。和好的油皮壓扁,放入一小團油酥

2將油酥包在油皮里靜置10分鐘

3靜置好以後用擀麵杖將其擀平

4然後再對摺擀幾次,捲起鬆弛10分鐘

5這時候正好準備蔥和油渣,切碎就可以了

6加入鹽和雞精拌勻

7把準備好的蔥花油渣包在油酥油皮里,擀成你喜歡的形狀
