步驟
1麵糰部分:400克麵粉+4克酵母+15克細砂糖+3克鹽+40克玉米油+210克清水

2麻醬部分:芝麻醬90克+椒鹽+五香粉+30克麵粉。或者換成花椒粉、五香粉、5克鹽。(把鹽、花椒炒香研成粉味道比較好一些)

3糖漿、芝麻備用

7揉成非常光滑的麵糰,粗糙可不行,會影響麵糰的延展性~

8蓋上松馳10分鐘,冬季20分鐘,這是做燒餅,不是發麵餅,千萬不能讓面發起來~

9將麻醬部分混合,不能太稠抹不開,也不能太稀到處流,太干可加香油調整~

23沾芝麻,用手壓一壓,芝麻粘的會比較牢~只沾一面兒。

24芝麻的一面朝上擺入烤盤,烤箱提前預熱175度~180度,送入烤箱烤20~25分鐘,根據自己的烤箱來烤,每個烤箱都不太一樣,我用175度烤了23分鐘。
