6麵糰發酵好後,將兩份麵糰分別手揉排氣

7操作板上撒些乾粉,防粘,將排好氣的兩份麵糰用擀麵杖分別擀成長方形薄麵皮

8將擀好的兩份長方形麵皮摞在一起,用擀麵杖輕輕擀幾下
