步驟
1雞胸肉洗凈切成絲;

小技巧
1.這裡用的紅椰菜是熟的,所以不用炒,酸酸的開胃又解膩; 2.炸雞絲不用時間太長,老了就影響口感; 3.炸好的春卷用吸油紙吸去表面多餘的油吃的更健康一些; 4.餡料晾涼後再包卷,這樣不容易破皮滲漏; 5.包餡料時皮子不要卷得太緊,以防油炸時膨脹表皮破裂。
