黃油: 100克, 糖粉: 60克, 雞液: 15克, 低筋麵粉: 150克, 蔓越莓: 70克
步驟
1全部材料稱重準備好,蔓越莓粒稍加切碎;

2黃油室溫軟化,加入60克糖粉;

3用電動器高速打發至黃油微發,加入16克雞蛋液繼續攪打均勻;

4篩入低筋麵粉攪拌成 無乾粉的麵糊;

6把麵糊用保鮮膜包住在餅乾模里壓緊,放入冰箱冷凍30分鐘;

7取出凍好的麵糰用刀切成0.5cm的餅胚;

小技巧
1、黃油一定要軟化至可以用手輕輕摁上手指印; 2、蔓越莓干要在麵粉攪拌好後倒入攪拌,在麵粉前倒入攪拌,會攪拌不均勻; 3、餅胚與餅胚間一定要留有間隙,餅胚在烘烤時會膨脹; 4、餅乾一定要放涼吃才會酥脆!
