土豆: 適量, 清水: 適量, 精鹽: 適量, 油: 適量, 番茄醬: 適量
步驟
1將土豆洗凈去皮,切筷子厚的片~

2再切成筷子粗細均勻的條狀(兩頭的稜角去掉,以免烤時先糊掉)~

3放進水盆里,多洗幾遍去去澱粉,在水盆里泡一會~

4鍋內放適量清水,加少許鹽,將水煮開~

5待水煮開時,放進土豆條(水要漫過土豆條)煮2分鐘~

6將煮好的土豆條放進涼水盆中,過一下涼水~

7撈出裝盤,控干水份備用~

8將控干水份的土豆條放入盆中,倒入少許油,攪拌均勻~

9將烤箱預熱230°,3分鐘,烤盤鋪好油紙,表面刷一層油(防止粘連)~

10將拌過油的土豆條,隔距離的擺在烤盤上~
