原料
中筋麵粉: 250克, 鹽: 2.5克, 水: 130ml, 辣椒面: 適量, 醋: 2勺, 生抽: 1勺, 蔬菜: 適量, 蒜泥: 2瓣, 菜籽油: 適量
步驟
1先將麵粉和水還有鹽全部放一起,揉成麵糰,記住水要慢慢加!揉個大概後,醒發20分鐘,再繼續揉,揉至光滑

2麵糰揉好後用刀切4份均等

3然後拉至橢圓形記住麵糰外面要抹點油,每一面都要抹到,抹好後醒發2小時左右

4醒發好後,輕輕將麵糰拉長一點,然後用一根筷子輕輕壓一下!

5手記住托住麵條中間,向兩邊輕輕拉扯,可輕輕向案板拍打拉長

6延著筷子壓過的痕跡,將麵條輕輕撕扯開,一分為二!

7把麵條放入開水中煮1到2分鐘即可,不用煮太久!把事先準備的調料弄好,油入鍋燒熱,然後澆在蒜泥和辣椒麵上,一定要澆到,發出滋滋的聲響,聞到香味即可!
