原料
牛肉: 250克, 杏鮑菇: 2個, 青椒: 1個, 小蔥: 10根, 蒜: 5瓣, 料酒: 少許, 老抽: 少許, 鹽: 少許, 黑胡椒碎: 少許, 蚝油: 少許, 白糖: 少許, 薑末: 少許
步驟
1蔥切小段,蒜切末與片兩種,姜切末,青椒切塊,杏鮑菇切塊備用
2腌制牛肉:牛肉切塊後,用少許白糖、蒜末、薑末、蚝油、料酒、黑胡椒碎腌制放入冰箱20分鐘
3開大火熱鍋,加入食用油後,加入蒜末爆香
