步驟
1牛腩切稍大的塊;(這次買的牛腩是牛筋多點的,厚片狀的,煮出來的口感很好)

2冷水中放入牛腩煮開,撇去浮末;(不宜忽冷忽熱,因此這步要冷水下鍋)

3薑片、八角、洋蔥塊先用熱油爆香;

4倒入牛腩翻炒;

5調入生抽、料酒、番茄沙司,翻炒均勻;

6倒入開水;(不需要倒太多會沖淡味道,差不多與原料持平即可,記得是開水)

7連肉帶汁一起轉到砂鍋里,燜煮一個小時;

8這時番茄去皮切塊,土豆削皮切塊備用;

9最後將番茄和土豆塊一起倒入已經燜煮一個小時的牛腩鍋里,繼續再煮約一個小時,用鹽調味,即可!
