原料
薏米: 50g, 紅豆: 50g, 黑豆: 50g, 大米: 100g, 紫米: 50g, 牛奶: 300ml, 清水: 適量, 鮮奶油: 100ml, 細砂糖: 100g, 水果: 適量, 薄荷葉: 適量
步驟
1薏米、紅豆、黑豆各50g洗凈,浸泡8小時,撈出倒入電飯煲中

2再放入洗凈的大米100g,紫米50g,加入清水,放入電飯煲煮飯鍵煮約40分鐘

3料理機中放入熟五穀米150g、牛奶30ml,攪打成泥

4鮮奶油100ml倒入碗中,攪打至7分發

5五穀米泥倒入鍋中,加入牛奶270ml、細砂糖100g,小火攪拌均勻,關火放涼

6再加入打發好的奶油,攪拌均勻
