原料
水油皮中筋麵粉: 150克, 豬油: 50克, 白糖: 30克, 沸水: 55克, 油酥低筋麵粉: 100克, 豬油: 55克, 餡兒紅豆沙: 250克, 中號鹹蛋黃: 10個
步驟
1把水油皮的所有材料稱量好倒入盆中,快速攪拌成麵糰,蓋上保鮮膜備用
