原料
普通麵粉200克, 椒鹽5克, 白糖 30克, 低筋麵粉 160克 , 溫水100克, 食用油100克
步驟
1 麵粉中央用手弄出一個小空間;放入食用油;放三分之一的水;放入白糖; 放入椒鹽;

2 邊揉面邊加水,直到把麵粉揉成光滑的柔軟的麵糰,醒15分鐘;

3 把油慢慢放入麵粉;

4 揉成一個團就可以了;

5 把先前醒好的麵糰分成小劑子;

6 把油酥也分成等量的小塊

7 把油酥包在麵皮里;把收口朝下;

8 用擀麵杖擀開;向右摺疊三分之一左右;向左摺疊三分之一左右;再對摺;

9 收口朝下用擀麵杖再擀開重複三次上述15,16,17的步驟;

10 再整成圓形後摁扁,塗上蛋液,撒上芝麻;

11 用同樣的辦法處理剩餘的小劑子和油酥,放入預熱好的烤箱,190度,25分鐘左右;
