今兒我就來包包子吧,家裡老媽晾的雪裡蕻,咱來個雪菜餡的包子,蒸熟了,妞搶先吃了一個,據她說甭提多香了!
原料
雪裡蕻 老媽腌的, 肥瘦肉餡 v, 蔥, 姜, 雞蛋, 香油, 鹽, 生抽, 胡椒粉, 花椒水
步驟
1先將自發粉用溫水和成軟硬適中的麵糰,放到一旁用蓋上保鮮膜餳10分鐘

2雪裡蕻洗凈泡一下(如果不是自家腌的最好泡的時間長一點),切成末,蔥切末

3肉餡中放入蔥、姜、雞蛋、香油、鹽、胡椒粉、花椒水、生抽

4順時針(或者逆時針,但必須一直順著一個方向攪拌)攪拌均勻,輕輕打上點勁兒

5放入切成末的雪裡蕻
