就是想把牛油果做成能夠「鹹食」的方式~
沒想到,效果很驚喜!
原料
牛油果 1個, 蒜瓣 8個, 蝦仁 可選, 橄欖油 少許, 薄荷葉 4片, 鹽, 黑胡椒, 義大利面 1小把
步驟
1牛油果去核取果肉,蝦仁去蝦線,蒜瓣、薄荷葉,備用;

2取一小碗,將牛油果肉挖出,加入2個蒜瓣、薄荷葉、鹽、黑胡椒碎;

3入料理機打成泥;

4煮意面;

5煮好的意面倒掉水,滴入2、3滴橄欖油拌勻; (可保持意面Q彈、不粘)

6鍋熱油,小火,入剩下的蒜瓣,煎至金黃;

7入蝦仁,煸炒;

8入煮熟的意面,翻炒,調味; (注意:牛油果泥中之前已經加了少許鹽、黑胡椒,因為這裡適量調味即可)

9關火,倒入牛油果泥,拌勻;
