小技巧
1、蝦最好是炸下,再燉煮的話,感覺會更入味,蝦油做底油,會更加鮮哈 2、雞爪要焯水沖洗趕緊,剁小塊容易入味哈 3、煮的時候注意生抽量不要多,不然顏色不好看哈 4、蔬菜可以根據自己喜歡的決定,根據耐煮程度先後放即可
